Aviation Law

Attorney Stuart Starry has nearly 14 years experience in aviation litigation. He has represented both aircraft manufacturers and commercial airlines and defended the very type of lawsuits he now brings on behalf of the victims. Mr. Starry has written and spoken on aviation law and related topics, including airline flight crew negligence and dangerous aircraft equipment.

He has represented or successfully sued the following companies:

General Aviation
Cessna, Beech, Piper, Mooney, Nicrocraft

Commercial Aviation
Delta, TWA, American, Continental, USAir, Southwest, ValueJet , SAHSA, British West Indies, Boeing

Military Aviation
Bell Helicopter, United Technologies (Sikorsky), General Electric, Pratt & Whitney

Smaller single and twin engine aircraft can be dangerous if not properly manufactured, maintained, and piloted. Mr. Starry has represented those who have been victimized by poor maintenance and faulty design and manufacturing as well as pilot error.

Although commercial planes rarely crash, passengers can suffer serious injuries while on board aircraft. Turbulence related injuries are common. Other injuries can be caused by improper use of equipment such as beverage carts or overhead baggage bins. Passengers can also be injured while boarding and exiting aircraft.

Mr. Starry’s aviation law experience is broad. He has represented multiple victims of air crash disasters on major commercial flights as well as the single victims of onboard injuries. If you have been the victim of an aviation-related accident, please contact us by e-mail, telephone, or letter. If you send an e-mail, describe only the basic facts. Do not transmit any information you consider confidential.
